Our mission is to win the whole world for Jesus Christ by seeking to:
● Be a prayerful community
● Provide rest from daily tasks of life
● Nurture unity among brethren
● Share the Good News
As part of the body of Christ, we are for the unity of the Children of God as our theme ‘until we reach unity in faith’ taken from Ephesians 4:13 states it. "Everyone to us is somebody, no matter where you are from, you are one of us and we would love to know you more as we wait for the second coming of Jesus our Savior".
Until the whole world is sold for Christ, we won't rest!!
HOW IT ALL STARTED
The first assembly of the Israelites in Canaan, the promised land, was at Shiloh. After a long journey of walking with the Lord through the desert, He brought them to rest at Shiloh. God established His people first in Shiloh, which became a place of worship. Apostle John Kilonzo got the vision for Shiloh Prayer Center back in 2011 when he was (and still is) the President of the Interdenominational Unity in Christ Ministries International, where together with his wife Deborah Kilonzo have served God for many years. Shiloh would serve as a house of prayer and rest for all people from all nations.
At the time, the land where Shiloh Prayer Center is presently located served as a Kamba traditional shrine; an altar dedicated to the worship of idols and spirits. With a lot of prayer, fasting and repentance, God worked miraculously and the altar for idol worship came down, and the altar of Yahweh was raised and stands forever. This shift attracted national media coverage.
What the devil meant for evil, God turned it around for good! Many people who have come to seek and encounter God at Shiloh have testified of the presence and glory of God. Prayers have been answered, rest has been found, souls have been saved and the Good News has been shared, all to the glory and honor of our God, Yahweh.
